As our Marketing Coordinator, Aly is usually more of a behind-the-scenes person at Aartech, but she wanted to jump on the chance to talk about one of her favourite Shelly products: The Gen 3 Humidity and Temperature WiFi Smart Sensor - simple, sleek and practical.

Aly is a fan because temperature and humidity monitoring is essential to her comfort - it being too dry is uncomfortable, but too humid could cause mould to grow in her apartment. She likes it warm but doesn't want it to be uncomfortable for anyone who lives with her. With this handy device, she can adjust as needed, or in a more cohesive system, temperature and humidity could be automatically adjusted to suit her needs.

The device is sleek-looking, blending in with her decor, and can be placed wherever - there is no need to put it on a wall. 

Being relatively new to smart home tech, Aly loves that Shelly is user-friendly and can be easily expanded with many options for smart home functionality, allowing her to grow her smart ecosystem. Shelly is also a renter-friendly option compared to other solutions that involve running wires or replaying switches, etc, making it an excellent choice for someone like Aly, who rents.
