WiFi Smart Locks take advantage of the existing wireless and Internet infrastructure to provide control, status and in some cases alerts for users. These locks can often be used on their own without a central smart hub, or they may be incorporated in to a larger system using an automation hub as the main control center. WiFi locks can also be used for cottages, rental homes and business applications.
