Lutron Shade Demo Kit
Becoming a Lutron automated shades expert is easy with Aartech Canada as your Partner.
The first step, reach out to your account manager at Aartech Canada (or 1-877-760-3105) and get the process started!
Then you will select what style, colour, and transparency you would like for your demo unit. Once your order has been placed, your Account Manager will schedule an onboarding call with our personal Lutron Representative. During this onboarding call you can discuss upcoming opportunities or projects and ensure that we are all on the same page moving forward. Top-level support from Lutron, day one!
After the onboarding call, our Lutron Representative will e-mail you the information to get started on your training and certification. This will include 4 to 5 hours of training online and approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours for the examination. A minimum score of 80% is required on the final exam, although you may attempt more than once. The training program is divided into sections so it can be broken up over several days. However, we do recommend you do it over a brief period to allow yourself the best opportunity to retain information.
Upon completion of your certification, you will be provided credentials allowing access to the Lutron Shades portal and ordering software.
Please be aware that the turnaround time on the demo kits can be up to 6 weeks. However, we do try to stock a couple of units where possible. In-stock choices are limited.
