Please use the form below to let us know what you'd like to return and why you're requesting a return. We offer returns on new and unopened merchandise as per our return policy. If you have feel the product defective or DOA it will expedite the process to contact the manufacturer's tech support team first and indicate any provided ticket or return authorization. Also please indicate any trouble shooting you may have already performed. While defective product falls under manufacturer's warranty we are often able to help with the process.
