We ship door-to-door across Canada from our warehouse in Oshawa, Ontario primarily via UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. We will choose the most appropriate courier for your destination address at our discretion. You may also request to ship on your own UPS or Purolator account. We may require additional freight charges on oversize, over weight, extended area or expedited shipment requests. In-stock orders placed by 2pm are typically shipped the same day. We may at our discretion partial ship orders and you can request ship-complete in the order notes at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON WEB ORDERS
We offer low cost flat rate, and FREE shipping to most of Canada for online orders based on location and order size. For northern provinces and territories, remote locations and for orders with oversized or heavy weight items, additional shipping may be required. We will contact you should additional shipping charges be required.
EXPRESS AND SAME DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE.
Urgent order? Express AIR shipping available across the country for orders placed by noon Eastern time.
We also offer same day by 5pm service available to local GTA (Toronto area).
LOSS / DAMAGE / SIGNATURES
We will require signatures on orders with the exception of small orders. If you require no-signature shipping please contact your account manager.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied.
ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
We prefer to ship to the address matching the card holder or payment method but drop shipping and blind shipping is available on pre-approved established accounts. Please contact your account manager to confirm.
PAYMENT METHODS
We support credit card and PayPal at checkout, as well as 'on account' orders for clients with pre-approved credit terms. Credit cards MUST be those of the business - we do not accept credit card payment from 3rd parties or our dealer's end user.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO ME
Standard delivery time once the order has shipped, is 1 day to southern Ontario, from 1-3 days in MB/QC & northern Ontario, 3-6 days to BC & Newfoundland.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE CANADA
Shipments outside Canada may be subject to taxes, brokerage and duties which are not included in our shipping costs. You MUST have your own broker available and provide us with the broker name and your tax IDs for international shipments.
