SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Oshawa via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, local and LTL couriers.  While UPS is our primary courier, we will choose the most appropriate courier based on shipment size and destination address at our discretion.  You may also request to ship on your courier account.

FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON WEB ORDERS

Free shipping is available to most provinces based on location and order size.  For northern provinces and territories, and for orders under the free shipping amount, we offer reasonable flat rate shipping.  Orders placed by phone, fax or email have a slightly higher free shipping clip.  While we endeavour to absorb as much freight as possible, even with our heavily discounted rates we may require additional freight costs to ship orders that are oversize, overweight, extended area or expedited.  Additional shipping costs may be required for split shipments.

EXPRESS AND SAME DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE.

Urgent order?  Express AIR shipping available across the country for orders placed by noon Eestern time. 
We also offer same day by 5pm service available in GTA through Oshawa.

LOSS / DAMAGE

It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes.

How long will it take to receive my order once you ship?

Standard delivery time once the order has shipped, is 1 day to southern Ontario, from 1-3 days in MB/QC & northern Ontario, 4-6 days to BC & Newfoundland.  

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF CANADA

When you import product from outside your country, the importer (you) is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges that might be levied by your government or customs agents and collected by them or the courier.  We do not charge these fees and can't control whether any fees will be due or how much they may be.  You are also responsible to ensure the product(s) meet any local requirements for their use or installation.proceed with the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF CANADA AND USA

Once we receive your order order we will contact you with shipping options and costs so you can select your preferred courier.  You can expect costs to be from $30-$80 on average, possibly higher on larger or heavier shipments.  Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, brokerage, duties and/or taxes levied by the courier or government.
